Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church and the Research Institute for Linguistics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences welcome contributions to the Conference titled “In memoriam of Dr. Anne Vainikka”, which will take place on November 22-23, 2019, Venue: Budapest, Reviczky utca 4-100.

Anne Vainikka’s main areas of work are syntax, morphosyntax, first and second language acquisition. Her last project was on the syntax of Uralic languages. Research presented at the conference therefore includes work on Finnish and other Uralic languages but more widely also morphology, syntax, semantics, discourse structure and any theoretical or formal aspects of the structure of natural language.
